Grout Polymer GP700™ is a water-based grout polymer that is concentrated with high-performance, one-part, non-yellowing agents. This superior polymer is designed as a bonding agent to fill pin holes and cracks. Grout Polymer GP700™ ensures high strength with outstanding bonding abilities and long-term durability and it is mixed with the concrete during the concrete polishing.
Directions For Use: In general, surface to be treated MUST be clean and free of all traces of loose material, dirt, debris, mildew, oil, grease, old coatings, curing compounds, release agents, laitance and other contaminants, and any moisture. Protect any adjacent areas by masking to avoid splashes or overspray onto surfaces not intended to be treated. diluted Grout Polymer GP700™ (1 Part) with Water (2 Parts) prior to use and should be used when the surface is completely dry. Shake container well to ensure thorough mixing.
Application: Low-Pressure Spray, Lint free Epoxy Roller or Brush.
Coverage: 4 – 8m²/L, depending on porosity of substrate and application methods.
Dry Times: Dry Times: 4 – 8 hours, Light Foot Traffic: 2 – 8 Hours, Full cure: 6 – 12 hours, Vehicular Traffic: 24 hours. All drying times depend on temperatures, humidity and application methods. Do not apply outdoor if rain is imminent or forecast.
Clean Up: Clean all equipment with Water. Absorb spill with absorbent material (vermiculite, sand, or similar). Refer to the technical data sheet for more information.
